Shipping Wine

Canada Post is Fort Berens carrier of choice. Shipping costs are based on a 3, 6 or 12 bottle case. Shipping costs are set for each province and territory.We strongly urge you to order wine in multiples of 6 to benefit from the lowest shipping cost per bottle.

Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures. For this reason, we ship on Tuesdays and Thursday. We may suspend shipping periodically to avoid extreme temperature exposures. If you notice that one or more bottles are partially empty or corks are pushed out, your shipment has been exposed toextreme temperatures. Please contact us to so we can make arrangements for replacement.

We want you to know that shipping wine with Canada Post is a safe method to receive your wine. Fort Berens and Canada Post have policies in place to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the customer and their staff. Curbside Pick-Up

During the COVID-19 pandemic, our tasting room remains open, and we are also providing curbside pick-up:

• When ordering, under shipping information, select – Pick up: Fort Berens
• Once completed, your order will be ready for pick up within 15minutes from the time you placed your order, during normal business hours.
• Pickups are available daily between 10am – 6pm
• When picking up, we will still maintain the necessary physical distancing
• Please park in the spots closest to the front doors and call the tasting room at 1-877-956-7768 x 201 and provide your name and order number
• Someone will come out with your order and place it in your trunk or back sea
